Ingredients
- 4–6 bao buns (store-bought, steamed)
- 2 chicken breasts (cubed or sliced)
- 2 tbsp Super Saucy Chilli Oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- Shredded carrots
- Sliced cucumber
- Spring onions
- Mayo (optional drizzle)
Instructions
- Season & Cook Chicken – Sauté chicken with garlic and ginger until golden and cooked through.
- Add soy sauce and 1–2 tbsp Super Saucy Chilli Oil. Let it caramelise slightly.
- Steam bao buns until soft and fluffy.
- Fill with chilli chicken, carrots, cucumber, and spring onions.
- Finish with an extra drizzle of Super Saucy Chilli Oil for that bold kick 🔥

Tips for Success:
- Preventing Deflation: Do not lift the lid while steaming and allow them to rest before cooking.
